Starting on February 6th, I will be hosting an ONGOING series at The August Room in South, Paris, Maine. This class is open to all and is perfect for beginners to learn the basics of Pilates and how to get started safely. The class will run from 6pm-7pm with time to chat before or after if you have any questions. I will be providing progressions to challenge our more advanced participates.

The August Room is located at 179 Main Street, Unit 4, Paris, Maine. ( in the Sav-A-Lot shopping center, next to the Laundry Mat.) There is plenty of parking and the site is ASA accessible.
