Our Services

I offer a variety of options for my clients. I start with 20 minute Discovery Call to meet you and discuss your needs. Once we both decide we are a good pairing and would like to work together we start the planning process. If you are local, both online and in person work is an option and it is the same price. If you are not local, online it is! I work in packages and memberships, whichever works better for you works for me. There are discounts built into packages and the larger the package, the deeper the discount. Memberships apply to the On-Demand Video section and/or sessions together. If none of these options work, let’s chat and come up with a plan that will work for you.

Nutrition is an essential part of health. In addition to Pilates for your health, I will soon offer nutritional counseling as well, so you can feel the best you can!

Nutritional Support

Exercise and movement is only one part of the whole picture. What we eat and drink matters so much! What we consume influences how we feel, how we see the world, our energy levels and how we age. Nutrition support is in the works and will soon be an offering from Blissful Balance Pilates & Nutrition- because how can we be balanced if we aren’t providing our bodies with the fuel YOU need.

In Person Pilates Sessions

It all begins with the will to make a change, no matter how small. If you are within an hour of the Portland, Maine area, in person may be an option. These will be hour sessions each, with 5-10 minutes at the beginning of each session to reflect on what we worked on last time, how you feel about the exercises as well as how you felt the days following. This is also a great time for questions or to re-visit an exercise. These sessions can have hands-on assistance or not at all if you prefer. As an autistic person myself, I am very picky on whom touches me and when so I 100% understand people’s needs vary.

Online Pilates Sessions

Very similar to in person sessions to start, with the 5-10 minute Q & A. The biggest difference here is I will be helping you from a distance so I may ask you to do exercises from different angles, ask more questions during the session to make sure I am interpreting your body language correctly. Otherwise the sessions will also be 1 hour long and very similar with similar outcomes. We all got REALLY good at online work in 2020, didn’t we?!

Special Events/ Workshops

As often as I can, I will host workshops on specific topics- Breathing, Basics of Pilates, specific areas of the body ( Spinal issues, SI Joint pain, lower back pain, ankles and wrists, etc.).
